Right after we got home from Lake Powell we were invited to go back with some of the same friends a few weeks later. We were both really excited and looking forward to making summer last a little longer. When it came down to the week we were supposed to go some things came up and it ended up not working out and Kelly couldnt take the days off work. We were both pretty bummed but there wasnt much we could do so instead he went to work and I opened up my schedule at the salon and worked. Good thing I love my job!
Although we couldnt get time off to go to Powell we didnt let that stop us from having a good weekend getaway to
Burley, Idaho
(woooo hoooo)
but it really was fun
Hersh met some horses
we climbed trees
Kelly canoed me around
we went on a safari...or at least that's what it felt like
and we had lots of fun just being together
Looks like fun! My father-in-law grew up in Burley... not much to do out there!
