Physics

This semester at school Kelly is taking physics and let's just say it takes up a good amount of his time.
He spends a most nights doing home work for an hour or two, or more.
I've never been good at math so I get completely lost hearing him just talk about his class.
This is what he looks like most nights

Lately, to keep myself busy I've been trying to figure out what to do with all these peaches.
So I froze a lot and have been experimenting with the rest.
Tonight I made a really simply cobbler recipe that we both liked.

see the recipe here
I made a few changes but overall for how simple it was it was great.

Nights when I'm not experimenting in the kitchen I try and be productive by
doing things like
    • Going running and telling myself one day ill enjoy it (never, I seriously hate it)
    • Looking up flights and travel plans for all the amazing vacations I dream about...I just try not to think about Kelly's 6 years of school left, one day having kids, buying a house eventually or any thing that costs a large amount of money while looking at all these flights.
    • Looking up new hair color trends and figuring out which of my sisters will be the guinea pig... which they love.
    • Thinking of other things I can do with these peaches....suggestions?
    • Catching up on laundry, which may or may not include restarting the dryer 3 times to delay the fact that ill have to fold and put away it all. Sometimes folding clothes seems so pointless..but just sometimes.

  1. Mmm... those peaches look delicious! Maybe you could make some freezer jam with them? Or a fresh peach pie (my favorite!)?

  2. Oh, yes ... freezer jam and fresh peach pie! Yummy!! Oh, and Denny's used to have this FABULOUS peach french toast. It was sooooo good! Maybe you could google a recipe for peach french toast or peach bread or muffins. K, I'm getting hungry now :)
